BLT Membership

All potential members should aim to meet our performance standards which for men/women is the equivalent of a sub 1:25/1:30 half-marathon. You are also expected to join us for several group training runs before being asked to formally join the group.

The Black Lungs train together on Thursdays (workouts) and Sundays (long runs). There is no fee to be a member of the Black Lungs.
