All potential members should aim to meet our performance standards which for men/women is the equivalent of a 1:25/1:30 half-marathon. We succeed most when we run, train and race together as a team and as such you will also be expected to commit to our carefully considered training plan and racing schedule. You are also expected to join us for several group training runs before being asked to formally join the group.
The Black Lungs train together on Thursdays (workouts) and Sundays (long runs). There is no fee to be a member of the Black Lungs.
